Home presents with two large bedrooms plus sleep out (1 x Queen; 1 x Double & 2 x Bunks), has bedding for 8 people (also has a port-a-cot).
The large Queenslander style country kitchen offers room to manoeuvre, the open plan dining/lounge room is of a good size and the main family bathroom (plus pedestal) is on this level. Internal living rooms open out onto a magnificent large timber veranda facing to the ocean. This home captures beautiful cooling sea breezes throughout summer, lots of windows with screens and natural light too. Family lounge has a split system air conditioner which will make it more comfortable for the hot summer days.
Laundry is also in the kitchen under bench front load washer (please bring front load suds).
Underneath the house offers duel car accommodation along with a second shower room and second pedestal suitable after swimming.
Pet dog permitted outside only (maximum of 2), property at the back is fully fenced.
